2017 Magellan Scholarship Program Rules and Recommendations

 

• If you wish to submit an application download the required documents on the "Scholarships" page. Before starting the application process you need to make sure that the scholarship you are applying for is still available.

 

• Applications may only be submitted for one scholarship.

 

• Please do not send additional documents with your scholarship application package.

 

• You will be notified if your scholarship application is missing documents or incomplete.

 

• It is preferred (but not required) to use a tracking number on your envelope.

 

• No program deposit should not be submitted with your scholarship application. A payment calendar with remaining fees will be sent by postal mail with your enrollment package if you have been awarded a scholarship.

 

• No information by phone will be provided about the status of your application following the weekly scholarship committee meetings. You will be advised by email within 3 business days of the scholarship committee’s decision.

 

• Students may not apply for scholarships during two consecutive years.

 

• Scholarships may not be applied to "Magellan Solo" program enrollment fee.


• Scholarship Committee will meet weekly each Wednesday and Friday.

• Complete applications must be received by Tuesday before being reviewed during the Wednesday scholarship committee meeting.

 

• There will be no committee meetings on November 25, December 23 & 30, 2016.
